Why we process it, and on what basis

- if the assessment requires involving a production partner or a laboratory, we ask you first, naming who and what for
- are deleted at your request at any time, and in any case no later than twenty-four months after the last contact
If you would rather the assessment took place under a confidentiality agreement, tell us: we sign an NDA before receiving any file.
How long we keep it
Messages remain in the company mailbox for as long as needed to manage the relationship. Attached files and form data are held on the website server for as long as the assessment requires, and in any case no longer than twenty-four months after the last contact, after which they are deleted. Statutory retention obligations for contractual and tax documentation remain unaffected.
Who can access the data
The data is accessed by the controller and by persons authorised to process it within the company. The hosting and e-mail service provider processes the data as a data processor, under a contract setting out its obligations and security measures. The data is not disseminated and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
